Dear Sir/Madam,

We are helping Environment Canada to develop an inventory of
community-based surface and groundwater quality monitoring activities
across Canada.
We are looking for GRASS-ROOTs/local organizations only, and not monitoring
activity carried out by public utilities.

Can you please let us know if you are aware of any community based
water quality monitoring activities in your province? If so, can you
provide us with a contact name, phone number and email address of the
organization doing this work? Our deadline is tight and we require this
information as soon as possible.

Please do not hesitate to forward us any questions you may have
regarding this matter.
